Where: Ban Righ Centre, The Flower Pot Room; 12:15-12:45pm
Wednesdays (with Dylan Crosby)

Give your mind a peaceful break. Join us for breathing meditations at the Ban Righ Centre, downstairs in the Flower Pot Room, every Monday and Wednesday. While these sessions are taught from a Buddhist perspective, they are open to all and do not require any beliefs. Everyone welcome!  

Open to all students, staff and faculty of Queen's University at no charge. No experience is necessary, so please attend when you can.
