Our Teachers:

Kelsang Donsang,resident teacher, Kuluta Buddhist Centre

Donsang has taught Kadampa Buddhism in Montréal, Trois-Rivières, Gatineau and Ottawa. He presents Buddha's teachings in a clear accessible manner, making it easy to integrate in our modern life. He is delighted that his Spiritual Guide, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso has now asked him to come to Kuluta and Lamrim Buddhist Centres to teach meditation and Kadampa  Buddhism.


Kelsang Choyang


Choyang has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over twelve years. She is the administrative director at Kuluta Buddhist Center and teaches a General Program class in Brockville.


Kelsang Delam

Delam is teaching some of the classes in Kingston. She has been a nun for many years and she presents Buddhists teachings in a way that is easy to apply in our daily life.


Adele Chatterton
Adele lives in Napanee and teaches the classes there. Her joy and enthusiasm is evident in her classes which are much enjoyed by her students.

Karen Richey
Karen also teaches in Napanee during the winter months. She has studied and practised Buddhism for many years now, and is appreciated for her clear and practical teachings.

Roberta Lamb
Roberta is a music professor at Queens University and teaches 2 meditation classes there each week. Her clear teachings are very popular with students, staff and faculty of the University.
