A Prayer for World Peace Through our activities at Kuluta and Lamrim Centres may all living beings find the happiness they wish for, and be free from all problems and suffering in their lives.

You are welcome to drop into our regular weekly classes any time in Kingston, Belleville, and the surrounding areas. The teachings and meditations are suitable for people to take on whatever level they like.

For some the goal is to reduce stress and anxiety or improve their relationships with others, or simply to enter into a spiritual path.

Kelsang Donsang is the resident teacher at the Kuluta Buddhist Centre. Donsang has taught Kadampa Buddhism in Montréal, Trois-Rivières, Gatineau and Ottawa. He presents Buddha's teachings in a clear accessible manner, making it easy to integrate in our modern life.
